"I’ve been going to Arlyn for over a month now. I’m 45 and have had lots of fitness experience of all kinds plus weight training in college and on my own. But at this age my body is changing and I felt I needed help to not overdo myself and create injuries as more things hurt now! Arlyn provides great workouts tailor made for my problem areas while still strengthening core muscle groups for overall strength. Her workouts are a great balance of being aware of my physical pains/conditions and modifying to help me feel successful, while pushing me where I didn’t think my body could be pushed but I have never felt like I couldn’t roll out of bed the next day and am excited to go back….it’s just the right amount of soreness for me. With back, pelvic floor and feet issues, I am a tricky candidate. Arlyn’s nursing and wide array of customer experience/physical therapy she has a great background for me to trust her enough that she can handle my issues and create routines and modified exercises to see results in the first month! I only go twice a week but consistency is key and she has been very accommodating to my schedule and even feet procedures/surgeries (which I still went to workout and she modified everything so I could still work out necessary muscle groups while recovering!) I feel I have never seen my buttocks area/thighs change in the way I wanted, but in a month with her targeted experience, I feel there’s already improvement! I look forward to the next 5 months, or more!"

"I met Arlyn years ago at work and knew she instantly meant ‘business’ when she suggested we hike Flat Iron on a weekend! Years later, she goes to start her business and I told myself that if I got a chance to train with her I’d totally do it. 9 months postpartum, I was really weak, barely had the strength and energy for everyday activities and no matter what home work-outs I did, I struggled to show up consistently. I knew exactly who to call! That’s when Arlyn came to my rescue and I couldn’t be more thankful!
